Division: "Technology for Energy Systems and Renewable Energy" ...
...operates applied research in the fields of thermal use of solar energy and biomass use, thermo-dynamic and electrochemical systems, that means all type of heat pumps, power plant processes, fuel cells as well as heat and cold storage systems for phase change materials.
For this purpose, the division develops innovative components and systems, plans measuring stations and assures the technical support of this stations. Complex energy supply systems will be energetic and financially optimized. Both, producer and user of these plants will be supported by planning and construction through dynamic simulation of the systems.
